✅ Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✅ Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
✅ Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Slight variations in color, grain, or finish are natural in handmade wooden products and are not considered defects.
✅ Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a replacement, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
